Reduce Sample Prep by 1.5 Hours for Pesticides in Food

Revive in-line sample preparation (ILSP) combines automated sample cleanup with concurrent analysis, significantly speeding up LC-MS/MS multiresidue pesticide analysis. In this example, Revive ILSP is 1.5 hours faster than a traditional QuEChERS workflow for 14 spinach samples.

Speed Up and Simplify Pesticides Analysis with In-Line Sample Preparation

This LC-MS/MS method for pesticide residue analysis in spinach was developed using automated in-line sample preparation (ILSP). The workflow using Revive ILSP cartridges was faster and simpler than traditional extraction and cleanup techniques, and the overall performance was comparable or better.

EURL Evaluation of New Hybrid Stationary Phase for Polar Pesticides in Food

In this paper published by MethodsX, a European Reference Lab (EURL) evaluates Raptor Polar X LC columns for the QuPPe method “Methanol extraction of polar pesticides without acidification.” Results are presented for sensitivity, linearity, and matrix effects in tomato, onion, quince, and orange.

An Introduction to Low-Pressure GC-MS (LPGC-MS)

Low-pressure GC-MS can speed up pesticide analysis threefold, providing important speed gains for busy food testing labs. Here, we share the background for this innovative technology, explaining how it works and why a new simplified setup makes it more accessible for routine analysis.
